Chesterfield Police Officer Association
The men and women of the Chesterfield Police Officer’s
Association (CPOA) would like to welcome you to our site.  We
hope that you find it helpful and informative.  You will not only
find information about the CPOA and their affiliates but links to
municipal, county and state government.  There are also links to
the National Law Enforcement Officer Memorial and Officer Down
Memorial Page.  Please take time to visit these two sites to learn
about the men and women of our communities who made the
ultimate sacrifice.  They are a somber reminder of why we have
law enforcement officers and the dangers that they face on a
daily basis.  The sacrifices made by these officers has benefited
us all but is also a tragic loss for us, but more importantly an
extreme loss for their families.  The men and women of the CPOA
are vigilant and committed to the community that they serve.  If
you have any ideas or questions, please visit our contact site and
let us know.

Constitution. FOP Lodge 15’s members are suffering immediate and
continuing injury from the City’s ongoing refusal to adopt a framework for
collective bargaining for its police officers and sergeants.  …………………………

…………………… Here, it is the City of Chesterfield’s duty to establish a
framework for collective bargaining for its police officers and sergeants. By failing
to do so, the City has deprived its employees of their rights under Article
